Dal Fry Recipe

 



 

Here is the recipe of dal fry you would like to have to your dinner or lunch after ingesting heavy

meals few days in a row. I shared the recipe of Baati Chokha the day past and had organized Dal to have

with it, however you can have it any way you want oractually upload it on your current menu for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients Quantity

Arhar dal/ Tuvar dal 1 cup

Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon

Red chili powder 1/four teaspoon

Tomato, chopped 1

Salt to taste

Ingredients to mood the dal:

Ghee 2 tablespoon

Mustard seeds half teaspoon

Cumin seeds half of teaspoon

Garlic, chopped 1 teaspoon

Onion, chopped 1

Tomato, chopped 1

Salt 1/8 teaspoon

Curry leaves five-6

Green chili, chopped 2

1. Clean, wash and soak the dal for half of an hour. Take the dal into pressure cooker along with 2 glass of water and upload salt and chopped tomato.

2. Add pink chilly powder and turmeric powder. Close the lid of stress cooker and pressure cook dinner it for one whistle on excessive flame, then preserve the flame low and cook dinner for every other five-6 mints till the dal is nicely cooked.

3. Heat the pan with ghee and mood with mustard and cumin seeds. When it begins crackling upload garlic. Fry it till the garlic is mild golden within the color. Add chopped onion, curry leaves and inexperienced cold.

4. Fry the onions until light golden in the colour, then upload tomato and salt. Cook it on medium flame till the tomato is tender and ghee suggests one at a time. Switch off the flame. Five. Add fried substances and coriander leaves into the dal, mix it properly. Delicious Dal fry is geared up to serve, Serve hot with bati, chapatti or rice.
